Dear Ms. Carra:

Respectfully I would like to submit that I am the Manager of a Check Cashing Store in Irvington. I am the only male member in this store. Thursdays and Fridays are our very busy days and we close at 8.00 P.M. After that I do need 30-40 minutes to reconcile cash. On both these days we do carry substantial amount of cash on premises.

The trial date Sep. 29, 2005 is a Thursday that can create security risk for the business as well as for the female staff working at the store. If it is at all possible for the Honorable Court to grant me a new date for any other day of the week except Thursday and Friday, I will be highly obliged.

Further I request the Honorable Court to call for the following documents from the Springfield Police Department and copies of the same should also be provided to me well in advance of the appointed Court Date:

Number of summons issued under 2 –6 A.M. (7-14) for the year 2004 on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. (Please note Statile Ct. is a cul-de-sac facing my property on Ashwood Rd.

Number of summons issued under 2-6 A.M. (7-14) for the period Jan. 1, 2005 to June 30, 2005 on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct.

Copies of all summons issued under 2-6 A.M. (7-14) for the period July 1, 2005 to Aug. 28, 2005 on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct.

Dear Sir:

Please note the new trial date for the above-referred matters is Sep. 15th, 2005 at 9.30 P.M. at Municipal Court of New Providence. Further a request for the following documents was made to the Court Administrator on Aug. 29th, 2005, who has advised me to take up this issue directly with your department. Please be advised I need the following documents well ahead of the trial date of Sep. 15th, 2005 to prepare my defense as well as to prove that you/your department is indulging in racial discrimination and profiling.

It was your department who filed a false/fabricated/fictitious report on July 15, 2005 with the State Police that I was video filming the DMV facility in Springfield with some kind of anti national motives. Sgt. David Chambers from the State Police interrogated me on July 18, 2005 in the presence of Sgt. McNanny of Springfield in the chambers of the Municipal Building.

Dear Sir:

Please note in addition to the documents/information already requested on Aug. 30, 2005 I need the following information/documents. Please be advised I need the following documents well ahead of the trial date of Sep. 15th, 2005 to prepare my defense as well as to prove that you/your department is indulging in racial discrimination and profiling as well as keeping their eyes closed to the hate crimes against me and my entire family since May 21, 2004 by some individuals/residents known to Elected/Non-Elected Officials of this town. All these individuals are a disgrace to the beautiful community of the town, whom we honor, admire and respect for their customs and values.

Documents required from your department:

1. Copy of the Town Ordinance showing Ashwood Rd. under the 2-6 A.M. No Parking Zone. Why no such sign is posted on Ashwood Rd.? Also a Copy of the Rules or Criteria to declare a particular road as No Parking 2-6 A.M. road.

Copy of the Permission Granted to the owner of PGA Truck Gate 3 to convert Ashwood Rd. into a Commercial Highway for more then 2 months for huge financial gains to the property owner. And may be direct or indirect favors, consultancy fees, and financial gains to some of the Elected/Non-Elected Officials of this town. Also the copy of the Ordinance or Rules under which this permission was granted by endangering the life, security and properties of the residents of Ashwood Rd., Statile Ct. and Sherwood Rd. for this illegal/inhuman permission granted by you/your department and the other elected/non-elected town officials.

Number of Egg Throwing incidents on vehicles parked inside the driveways of properties on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. for the year 2004 and from Jan. 1, 2005 to Aug. 31, 2005.

Number of incidents reported for Properties Vandalized on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. for the year 2004 and from Jan. 1, 2005 to Aug.31, 2005.

Number of incidents reported involving Illegal Fireworks right next to some one’s property and parked vehicle at odd hours on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. for the year 2004 and from Jan. 1, 2005 to Aug. 31, 2005.

Number of incidents of Window Breaking of vehicles parked inside the driveways of properties on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. for the year 2004 and from Jan. 1, 2005 to Aug. 31, 2005.

Number of Motor Vehicle Accidents Reported on Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. from 2000 to 2004 and from Jan.1, 2005 to Aug. 31, 2005.

Number of incident reported by the residents of Ashwood Rd. and Statile Ct. for threatening, intimidating, abusive and racist phone calls, letters and e-mails for the year 2004 and from Jan. 1, 2005 to Aug. 31, 2005.

Copy of the False/Fabricated/Defamatory Complaints filed by you/your department to the State Police that I was indulging in some kind of an anti-national activities. On the basis of these Complaints the State Police Sgt. David Chambers in the presence of Sgt. McNanny of Springfield interrogated me on July 18, 2005 at Municipal Chambers of Springfield.
